1. Why do you think your boxes are at the best price netwide?

We are eager to provide the best prices in North America. We have done a lot of reaches when officially launching the current price model. Trust us! You are getting the best value in price in North America with the same shipping time and products.

2. Do you think your price is reasonable?

Yes, actually in the tall cake boxes market, our cake boxes are the best price you can get in values. 

There are 3 factors taken in place when you compare us with others: 

1. The sizes - our boxes are bigger and taller than the regular paper boxes could offer you.

2. The design and manufacture cost - our cake box is more complicated in design and production than the regular paper boxes. It has a foam base paper wrapped cake board, a PET side lid, and a paper lid.

3. The shipping cost - because of its natures mentioned above, our cake box are non-foldable or bendable (which is good in keeping the shape!). It takes up the packaging measurements when shipping them out.

3. Is it worth to increase my cake cost?

Yes, and we are taking this into our consideration when pricing!

It is tested that cake customers are happier when they see their cake presents in such an innovative and nice way. When people are ordering a custom cake, they are happier to see it in a beautiful packaging! It's like unboxing the gift, exciting!

Your cake business will be more competitive using our cake box for custom cakes!

4. Do you provide instruction on how to assemble the cake box?

The box is easy to put together and use. A print-out of lid folding instruction will be included, or you can also refer to our YouTube video here: how to fold your lid

5. Would you be getting more sizes, colours and styles for the cake boxes?

Yes, we are gradually expanding our sizes, styles and colours. We started with only 2 sizes at the beginning and within a year, we now have 6 sizes. Stay tuned!

6. What is your payment options?

We currently accept payment thru PayPal, credit card and Visa Debit.

At checkout, click "Checkout with PayPal", then:

- if you want to pay with your PayPal account, enter email address and click "Next" to log in and continue to pay.

- if you want to pay with credit card or Visa Debit, click "Checkout as Guest" > enter email address > enter your card info. (E-mail address is for purpose of sending payment receipt)

7. Do you take logo printing or custom box order?

Yes, we have our own manufacturer, thus, logo printing is free but there is a minimum amount of boxes required. Also, processing time for logo printing boxes takes about 1 and a half month while custom design box order take about 2 months after design is finalized.

 

8. What happened if I want to order more than 50 boxes?

Our carrier has a maximum parcel weight of 30kg, which means that 50 boxes will be the max. amount of boxes we can ship out in one parcel. If you are looking to order more than 50 boxes, please kindly split it into multi-orders, we will ship them out separately.

9. What are your current promotions now?

Pick-up & Shipping

​

1. When will you ship out after order is placed?

Please allow us 1 business day to process your order.

​

2. PICK-UP locally in Calgary is free.

Please select "Alberta" > "Pick-up" at check out. "Pick-up instructions will be sent out when your order is ready. Location: Panorama Hills, NW. An email of pick-up instructions (time, address, etc.) will be sent to you once your order is ready.

3. How much does shipping cost?

Our shipping rates are discounted rates provided by Canada Post (in Canada) or Chit Chat (in USA), shipping fees are varied depending on your region and order amounts. Please select your destination region at check-out.

For the "Free Shipping" items, we recommend customers to check them out separately to avoid duplicate shipping charges.

4. What kind of shipping method are you using?

In-Canada: We use Canada Post Expedited Parcel, depending on your destination (please choose your province at check out), it is guaranteed for 5-8 business day of delivery time. Although this is a guaranteed delivery time method, we are not responsible for any delays due to service is provided by third party and thus we have no control on it.

5. Do you ship to USA?

Yes we do. Please send us your product lists (or a screen shot of your cart) and address to get a quote for shipping fee. US customers also qualify for promotions. Price on this site is in CAD.

In-USA: We use Chit Chats. This is the most economical and trackable shipping service. Depending on your destination, it takes about 5-8 business for delivery time. Although this is a guaranteed delivery time method, we are not responsible for any delays due to service is provided by third party and thus we have no control on it.
